In total, the former Godoy Cruz, Estudiantes, Benfica and Valencia player made 2373 successful passes. That’s more than 400 more than second-placed Nacho Fernández (1922). Completing the top five are Maicom (1716), William Arao (1699) and Carlos Izquierdoz (1421).
It is worth noting that, during those years, River was tournament champion in 2018 against Boca Juniors and the following year, they lost the final against Flamengo.
