Leandro Diaz keeps scoring for Estudiantes

The striker scored the Pincha's third goal in the 5-0 win over Central Córdoba.

Leandro Díaz continues to be one of the most important players in Ricardo Zielinski’s team with his goals and assists; and he did both in yesterday’s match against Central Córdoba de Santiago del Estero.

El Loco headed El Pincha’s third goal 17 minutes into the second half to take his tally to five goals in the local competition to five. Three minutes later he set up Mauro Boselli to make it 4-0.

In addition, in the last goal of the León, the former Atlético Tucumán striker led a counter-attack, shot at the goal that was covered by the goalkeeper of the rival and in the rebound Gustavo Del Petre scored the goal.

The Central Córdoba team included Matías Laba in the starting line-up and Deian Verón, who came on in the second half.

Congratulations Leandro! We are happy to see you in your present and to accompany you in your professional career.
